Federal and State Laws
For the most part, the law has little to say about how we manage our condominium complex. There are a couple of notable exceptions, however. Specifically, the Brown Act places restrictions on the behavior of the board members. Also, recent laws specify very detailed instructions for how we must conduct elections.
