The Eucalyptus Grove is managed by a 5-member board. The current board consists of:
About the Board
- Board members are elected for a term of two years at the annual owner meeting. When a board member resigns before the end of his/her term, the remaining board members may appoint a replacement.
- Only current owners are eligible to serve on the board.
- Board members serve in the specific roles of president, vice president, treasurer, secretary, and member-at-large, but they are not elected to those positions by the owners. Instead, the board chooses among itself who will serve in which capacity.
- A board meeting is typically held once per month.
