The Eucalyptus Grove is managed by a 5-member board. The current board consists of:
About the Board
- Board members are elected for a term of two years at the annual owner meeting. When a board member resigns before the end of his/her term, the remaining board members may appoint a replacement.
- Only current owners are eligible to serve on the board.
- Board members serve in the specific roles of president, first vice president, second vice president, treasurer, and secretary, but they are not elected to those positions by the owners. Instead, the board chooses among itself who will serve in which capacity.
- A board meeting is typically held once per month.
