Goleta West Sanitary Dist. Work Notice

Mr. Nguyen,

Please inform all interested parties at the Grove Condominiums that the Goleta West Sanitary District will be performing work on a manhole on a mainline which runs on an easement through the condos.

A contractor hired by the District will be performing the work. The project is to rehabilitate the inside of a manhole structure. All work will take place inside the structure. No digging or disturbing the soil around the structure with the exception of foot traffic. Work hours will be 8AM – 5PM. Equipment on site will be 1 box type van with a small/medium sized trailer and a pick-up truck. These vehicles will be parked onsite but will not be blocking access to parking areas etc. The project is expected to start on Monday June 9, 2008 and be complete by Friday June 13, 2008.

Tomorrow, Thursday June 5, 2008 the District crew will be replacing the manhole lid on the manhole to be rehabilitated.
